Perubahan jumlah peserta harus dikonfirmasi minimal 1 hari sebelum tanggal aktivitas.
Yang harus dipakai & dibawa: sepatu olahraga, sandal slingback, atau cukup bertelanjang kaki. Boleh mengenakan pakaian santai dan membawa pakaian ganti.
Usia peserta: 5–70 tahun.
Peserta dilarang membawa kamera, handphone, GoPro, atau perangkat elektronik sejenis ke sungai.
Transaksi yang telah berhasil tidak dapat dibatalkan atau dikembalikan (refund). Namun, Anda dapat memilih tanggal lain sesuai dengan ketersediaan.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I went with my partner and 2 children (age 13 and 7). The guides looked after my eldest child who went solo and myself and younger child who went in a double. Rapids are relatively calm and never felt uneasy. I would not take a child who cannot swim. River was clean and probably the cleanest we have seen bali... but thats cause no human can get down there... as you finish and walk back up to van... you start to see rubbish again but that is after the tour. 24hrs later and we are all still healthy... so that is good :)
