- Participants should be in good physical condition.

A motorbike (ojek) may be arranged to help you return or continue from a suitable point, subject to local conditions and availability. Alternatively, your trekking guide can stay with you and wait at the designated location until you are ready to continue. Any additional ojek service, if required, may be subject to an additional fee.
